Hi, Wim. Point taken. Perhaps the best option would be a college campus, 
with both dorm and (nearby) hotel accommodations an option, so people could 
choose for themselves. From what people have said on this thread, I also 
get the idea that colleges are upgrading their dorms and building 
conference centers with fancier rooms. Certainly Banff has.
