Yep -- I have been the inmate, if that's what you want to call the tuner-held-captive. There are some parts of Detroit where everything is kept locked up tight. More than once I had worked at a church knowing that I was locked in. Someone from the church office came around periodically to see how the work was going, then would let me out when the job was done. As for theatres -- the one time I got locked in before I got the cell phone was in Ann Arbor. Thankfully someone was working at the bottom of the fire escape. The door there was wide open so I was able to get out without bringing in the fire department. Since then, I've always been able to rustle up someone who could let me out when the job is done. There could always be the day when the cell service goes down, or when the entire staff goes off to lunch together and forgets all about the tuner. Z!
