1996 was about the time that Baldwin started putting the Wurlitzer name
on the Samick product. I went to work for Baldwin here in the fall of
1995,  which is how I remember the timing.  If this piano was made in 7
years ago, 1995, it was probably made
by Young Chang.  So, the expanding action bracket explanation  appears
likely.  The model designation of the Samick products start with C, such
as "C173", while the YC's start with G.
