There's your local "service" provider too, who's equipment may be down for 
maintenance, melted down to smoking slag by yesterday's thunderstorm, lying 
to the tech staff (they do that, you know), or unplugged by the custodian 
since Tuesday while the diagnostic techs are going bats trying to figure 
out what's wrong with it (It just sits there, flashing 12:00!).
