Not for what it will cost you in lost time, and the fun part is that even 
if you "win", there is no mechanism in place that requires the "loser" to 
pay his bill. After all is said and done, it's still up to you to collect, 
if you can, just like it was before you wasted the time going to small 
claims court. You just have to decide if you're mad enough about it to 
throw good money after bad to have the guy's name appear in the local legal 
publication, for whatever political damage that's good for in his social 
and business circles.
