Shaft from Schaff on Piano Gold Paint

Glorie passed away shortly after the convention in Reno, I believe. I
recall talking to John Patton about her as I knew she was very sick. I
always enjoyed a good relationship with her. She virtually ran that
department alone for many years and did an excellent job considering.
Things improved when she got a full time assistant. Her premature death was
tragic. Shannon has done a terrific job as her replacement and has gone out
of her way to get orders to me promptly.

David,

I didn't know there was anyone doing that now besides Glorie (sp?)
You mean I might actually get to talk to a real person when I have
a question? Wow! What a concept!
