old leads

    Brian:
    From a former life servicing automobiles, disposing of used lead wheel
balancing weights was always a problem until we found a person who melted
down lead and made toy soldiers.  Also home ammunition reloaders make use of
used lead.  Any militant organizations in your area?  Maybe clubs or
businesses in each field would have suggestions....
