Institute Committee

Last time I checked, the Institute Committee is directly controlled by the
"Executive Board" Not the "Board". All final type decisions are made by the
EB. There is usually the problem, IMHO. However, as I stated in a previous
post, there have been some in-roads made, regarding Instructors
Compensation.
