The only parallel is that we are piano technicians. As Kent said, we are a 
volunteer organization. None of us in the PTG make any money working for the 
PTG, (Except Home Office Staff). I realize those that write an article that 
gets published, and teach a class at the convention, get a small 
remuneration. But it's no where near what I would consider a "paycheck."
