Maybe one of my goofy suggestions has merit, now that I think about it.

As we know, the residents of nursing homes can make tuning visit
"interesting." At a veteran's facility, the piano I tune sits on large
dollys, a la Jansen. I roll the piano into a nurses' break room, tune it,
and roll it back.

Probably tougher with a grand but, hey, is it possible to move it out into a
hallway, or something?
