Did I remember to mention that the church which owns
this thing is probably willing to sell it cheaply? I
can't name a price, but please feel free to make an
offer. Any offer! And the piano really DID sound great
before we unstrung it! As mentioned in a recent post
by another tech, Kimball DID make some fine sounding
pianos in that era.( I've even found them with steel
rods inlaid under the capo bar for a string bearing
surface! )
