Filing bridge pins!

Your statement: "Well, I did ... in the piano..."
WHY???????
I've been accused of being a purist and for the live of me, I can think of
no good reason to file bridge pins flat!!!!
That practice came about because of poor drilling techniques, to make it
"look" like it was done properly. Skinned knuckles is the only thing derived
from filed bridge pins. And that hurts!
