You'll want nitrile gloves.  The 3 mil ones are very comfortable and thin, 
but if you're using abrasives as well as harsh chemicals, you will want 
something thicker.

There are so many choices at this site, that you will like the "how to choose 
gloves" document that you can only find at the bottom of the page after 
you've clicked on any specific glove.
