2" ivory heads

Hi, folks.

Does any one know where I might find 2" long ivory heads?  A client has a 
beautifully restored Pohlmann baby grand  - and a curious 2-year old who 
can't remember where she hid the 6 missing pieces!

The ivory heads I've salvaged from past keytop jobs are 1-13/16" or 1-7/8 long.
The Pohlmann heads are a full 2".
