Actually, this is a part of the motion being put before the Board at the =
convention concerning whether we should have another classification of =
"Allied Tradesman"  which would be someone who rebuilds and/or =
refinishes pianos but does not tune.=20
    Start thinking about it now. It's going to come up. I'm neither for =
it or against it.=20

I believe that that's the reason this whole thread got started anyway.=20

  speculation of 'why there are not more refinishing articles in the =

  ........and I spoke to conserving, but not restricting, the JOURNAL =
space for=20
  more direct technical thingees that are piano specific......I even =
mentioned=20
  that some refinishing articles would be welcomed by me................ =
