Maybe we're missing the point of the tech's statement.... He might just mean that after two passes with RCT, he feels confident that his 100 cent pitch adjustment will wear as well as the "average" 20 cent pitch adjustment. Cybertuner does do a great job at helping a tech get real close to the calculated tuning after just one pass. But, it takes practice and getting the settings matched to your tuning style.
