Hi Bill, No, it is not a joke list--inspite of your great efforts to make it so. And yes the client has a right to know what is being done to their piano--before work begins. This is pretty well standard in *any* service industry. Would you like your car "tuned" for the Indy 500? Those motors last just one race (just about like a concert tuning lasts only one concert).
