Hi Bill,

No, it is not a joke list--inspite of your great efforts to make it so. 

And yes the client has a right to know what is being done to their
piano--before work begins. This is pretty well standard in *any* service
industry. Would you like your car "tuned" for the Indy 500? Those motors
last just one race (just about like a concert tuning lasts only one concert).

How can your comment be seen as constructive or helpful to the orginal
thread Bill? Take your pot shots elsewhere Bill. Thanks. From ALL the list.
