purple-ish felt

If you have the time and desire you can always do you own color change with
dies. We have had requests through the years for maroon understring felt.
The solution was to experiment to make various cocktail- colors which reacts
with red felt to make the desired color.
If you go this route, make sure to wash the felt after you die it. This will
help remove all remaining die which has not adhered to the felt.
Another word of caution...pressure bar felt will fuzz up a bit and will
loose the extremely tight weave it once had. Best is to use a clothes iron
and iron it back as best as possible.
Just a suggestion
