For a good overview of what we should and should not discuss/decide/publish, ask your chapter council delegate to show you the 2-page antitrust guidelines included with this year's council meeting agenda.  One of the key points seems to be that, on the topics governed by antitrust law, we agree up front that we will not take anything to be a binding decision.  Hopefully that doesn't apply to the legitimate business of the Council  ;)
