The interior and exterior of the piano? I'l make that assumption.
A: About 1% of the pianos I service have a DC, so at the most 1% or the time (I will not use a fan if a DC is in use).
B: Two of my clients in more than 1,000 do not have air. The question is how many turn the temp down enough for my comfort (less than half).
C: Every now and then.

I only use a fan while tuning perhaps one piano a month. I only use it if I cannot stand it otherwise.
