Pitch Raises, My Take

FWIW, I have observed that anything over 5cents off pitch will lead to an
unacceptable instability when trying to get the piano at pitch and finely
tuned. Often, I have tried to do a fine tuning, with the piano at 6 cents
flat/sharp and found myself going back and re-settling previously tuned
notes. (kind of a "back and forth" situation. This breaks the concentration
of fine tuning mode, for me, so I prefer to just jam through a quick PR to
get it into the +/-2cents range, which will cause a much more stable final
product.
