RCT 100 cents pitch raise

In RCT the notes used for sampling are As. If the piano is so flat,
that the As don't register, I simply use the A#s which register as
As because the piano is so flat. That works well enough to use the
calculations for the pitch raise. Then, when that's done, I resample
the As which are now registering as As, albeit still flat (just not
so flat!). Then I fine tune, probably somewhere around A435-37.
Then I come back again, at some point in the near future, and do
another pitch raise and a fine tuning aiming for A440.
