Joe,

No I haven't, but I have nipped the end off a screw so it wouldn't go up through the keybed and it started just fine ...that was a big honking screw though...;-]  I will hang on to the old screws if and when I send in the rail(s).  Do you think I should do all 3 rails if I'm going to do it?  I suppose this is a warning sign that the brass is deteriorating?
