Hi Sherry, Make sure you have the proper tip, it may be an oblong tip, if they did not put in new pins. Be prepared for a sore back, as the pins are in the back, and the keys are in the front. If it has been rebuilt properly, you should not require, the normal extra time required to remove and replace the action, numerous times for the problems that crop up. Unless you are hungry, :-), it might be better to let someone else do it. I found my back was sore for three days after doing them, so that I don't do them anymore.
