RCT 100 cent pitch raise

List and RCT users....The problem occurs when the sample A's, are plus or
minus 1or 2 cents at the -50 cent mark!!
Without lifting the sample A's 10 or so cents the Cybertuner program really
has problems working out if it is a A or A#!...I know that Dean would say to
raise the pitch, but sometimes -50 is all that the old banger can do!!
