And I'm finding out personally just how important that can be. I'm renting a space now, and I like it. But it's costing more than the mortgage payment on our house! OUCH!! Changes coming... At our last PTG meeting, the chap. pres., Dave Doremus told me about advice given to him when he started out... "Own your shop. Own your building." I wish I had realized the significance of that a little sooner. That overhead has pretty much killed the chances of me surviving at my present location. 'Nuff said by me...
