I should have mentioned also that if your M&H has wippens like mine, we may need to rebuild rather than replace - or at least the jacks. The jacks on my M&H have a copper-looking spring attached to the player's side of the jack. It appears to serve the purpose of aiding jack return speed and thus repetition. It's the only piano on which I have seen this feature. Are you doing the belly? Or is that not being addressed at this time? I should also add that I have a very secure rebuilding facility (it is a 1,000 square foot block building that is on my private residence in a nice neighborhood). I also have three man-eating dogs patoling the site (well, at least one is, one likely is, and the other is not - but no-one would know!). My shop is completely climate controlled. Temp is kept between 65 and 80, and RH between 40 and 50%.
