Womenall -

I'd like to suggest an experiment, for whimever is interested.  Either at 
the head, or signature of your email posts, indicate the time.  (For 
clarity's sake, try to ascertain that your computer clock is correct 
first.) We can then see if there is any pattern to the discrepancies.
