Rib Alignment/Installation

The tacks work fine. I've been using upholstery tacks, pushed through the 
rib ends and clipped just shorter than the panel is thick. They index the 
rib pretty positively for gluing, and don't interfere with the pneumatic 
clamp. Pry them out after all the ribs are glued on.

There are likely better ways, which I'll cheerfully entertain.
