Backscale Alignment - Terry

Terry,
If you use a combination of small/large hitch pins, it is possible to get
the backscale to be parallel with the speaking lengths. A lot of German
manufacturers and a few US factories did this around the turn of the 20th
Century, but like a lot of other good ideas, it fell by the wayside. (SIGH
