S&S Square Grand

Any objection to changing the head so a regular sort of wrench can take it
apart? Not all techs have the oval head and it is a cause of second trips. I
find a rushed or frustrated technician is the cause of most poor or damaging
work to the piano.

I'll be careful next time. I hadn't seen any sort of response from you and
though I didn't post that to get a response, I hadn't considered
palpitations.
I'll make sure the cat doesn't play soccer with the bolts when I have them
out.
