Accoustic Foam

I have a friend that cuts foam with thin piano wire. He runs an electric
current through it to heat it up and it slices through like butter.

They sell the 3 1/2" accoustical/baffle foam for about $50 (3'x 5' sheet),
enough to do 2 medium size grands.
