Hmm...  Is there any way to voice a piano so that, if it, for example,
normally has a sustain of 30 seconds at 100db, it would have a sustain of
2-3 minutes or so (the same note(s)/chord(s) at 75db with the same force
applied to the keys?

Yes, high 90s to low 100s.

Scriabin, Chopin, Liszt and Beethoven seem to be the heavy hitters
here.......
