Unfortunately I didn't have my digital camera with me today, so I'll try to make this intelligible with words only :-) The keyes had no capstans. A pretty long (maybe 10cm) stick rests on the key vertically and lifts the jacks, hammers etc. These wooden stickers, or whatever the proper name is, are hinged, but also bend a little to the left, when the action stack is being pushed to the left by the una corda pedal. I guess, since they are pretty tall and hinged only close to the ends, thet this small sideways movement is not affecting their bushings. It's as simple as this.
