Oh, I hear you loud and clear! I just hate paperwork. No, this is based on an oral agreement. I think your suggestions are very wise. And yes, I agree that it will be interesting how things go and if I get paid! I must say though, I have a very comfortable feeling with this guy - I would not have taken this path with some others....
