Friends, I hope someone can help me, or just inform me if I have to pay McAfee for advice. I got an email from McAfee which says in part, "Please upgrade immediately! To access your new VirusScan features you must first upgrade your software by downloading the new version." The McAfee log-in window is displayed first, asking for my email address and password. When I give that information and click on the log-in button, the same log-in window appears again, asking me to log-in. Well, duh, I just did that! Yes, I checked, and I am using the correct password. So I can't get any further than the log-in window. Any advice on what I do now? I could call them, but I would feel cheated to pay them to fix a problem they should fix without cost. Help! Regards, Clyde Hollinger, RPT
