Pearl River

Hi all,
Have this church with a 6 year old Pearl River, 5'3". Today I pulled all the
dampers to rebush two of the lift tray flanges and repin all three.
Unfortunately the design is not the same as Kawai where you can just loosen
the underlever support rail, pulled it a little forward and make the
repair - the back screw on the piece attached to the lift tray was too far
back - 4 1/2 hours and the dampers are about 95% uniform again.

Has anyone else found this problem in these pianos? (The individual - won't
call the person a musician - that played the instrument was a Jerry Lee
Lewis "wantabe".)
