Piano tuning software

Dear sirs,

First of all, I'm sorry because of my limited English, but I'm from Spain 
and I hardly ever write in English.

I would like to ask you about software programs that can substitute my old 
tuning machine. I have never seen it, but I'm sure it must exist something 
of the sort. Can anybody please help me to find it? I'd like to install it 
on a portable computer.
