Oh boy! Down the "bunny trail" we go again! You are to be commended for all the effort to create this "modeling". However, IMHO, it is for naught. Until we can come up with a machine/method/technique that produces a PERFECTLY symetrical string, (including core wire!), the idea of "scaling", using the longitudinal matching theory, is not the most effective method of scaling.
