Don, I am just finishing rewhatevering a 5 pedal Wing and Son. It has a
better tone and sustain than many of the mid size grands I get to work on.
Has been a fun project. They sell on Ebay in un-rewhatevered condition for
a few hundred dollars. Usually no mention of the strings, action,
soundboard, pinblock, etc condition. There is one "selling" now:

Interesting that the old catalogs about the Wing and Sons pianos sell for
almost as much as the old pianos themselves. Catalogs aren't in great
condition either, but take up a lot less room in the house and UPS will
deliver them. Also interesting that these pianos were basically "mail
order" at the turn of the century. I could scan a couple of pages from the
catalog and send them to you if you are interested.
