Thanks Calin,

Let's see what mess you get into next time your piano needs work. Looks 
like you will be doing it yourself from now on. Maybe this list will be 
as helpful to you in this pursuit as you have to been to our interests 
in physics.

I have attached a sheet from my notebook on how to begin to use some of 
the principles we have been discussing. This is just the beginning but I 
thought it would be helpful to see how some of the simpler formulas 
work. Nothing like applying this stuff to real objects to learn how to 
use it.

Calin, please feel free to correct any mistakes I have made.

I should perhaps mention that I am just a piano technician with a few 
old physics books.
