Dale,
I make them, using a deep throat "Tenon Cutter". I have them in 1/2" also,
but seldom use those. This requires you learning how to sharpen the dang
things, as the Delignet really dulls the cutters! It is a tedious job, but
the end results are quite good. If you will recall, I am always sending out
requests for "Scrap PinBlock Material"; this is why. Because I work on those
dreaded "Really Olde" pianers, this is a system that is the lesser of many
evils. <G>
