The Lexmark cartridges cost $30 a piece and only hold 20ml. It's a rip off. Get some black ink and drill a hole in the cartridge and refill that way. They try to sell you 20 ml kit for $20 for the Lexmark. I bought the Hp kit with what looked to be the same ink, only 40ml for $13. It works great. Don't take the cartridge out to refill because you have to realign and eventually the thing suffers from "fatal head error" and you start out with a new cartridge again.
