Are'ye be talking about the intrunchion tool for digging foxholes and 
field latrines? That's actually a feed cap ("one-size-fits-all"), 
worn backwards, as is the style now among the young. Round the 
backside it reads "40 and Over the Hill". (I'm fifteen years over 
that hill.)
