Yes.  And RicB had a good tip for rubbing that teflon into the knuckle leather : use a spare high treble hammer that you soak in the teflon pot, and rub it against the hair of the leather.  Works great.
Also, instead of putting graphite on the jack top and repetition lever, you could use a teflon dry spray on them (like Slide All).
