Hi Ron,
               Heres how we tighten the balance and front rail pin holes 
and it works like a charm.
Extract the pins. Scrub the rails with warm soapy water, leave over night 
to dry.  Makes the rails look almost new.
A dab of the pianoman's magic elixir, a.k.a. CA glue down each hole, and 
drive the pin in.
Every thing is tight and secure.
On most frames the holes go straight through, so punching them out with a 
blunt nail makes the job go real fast.
We have been routinely replacing the pins for some time, it's almost as 
fast as cleaning. and far better results. It adds about $75 to the 
bill.  Peanuts to the overall job.
