Lowell Component Downbearing Gauge

To Those who are interested,
 A few weeks ago there was an inquiry regarding the instructions for the
Lowell D.B. Gauge. Tom has graciously sent them to me, via snail mail. As
there are 9 pages, I don't think it would be prudent to clutter up the List
with this. I can either scan or FAX to each individual who wants them.
