#39 drill?

There are several different ways drills are sized.   Wire drills are =
numbered 1 thru 60.  Letter drills are A thru Z.  Fractions usually =
start at 1/16.  Then there are metric drills.  A #39 drill is .0995.  =
Get a chart from a supply house to put on your garage wall.

and #39 drills bits. I have never seen bits numbered that way. Does =
