Soundboard #001 Finished

Well, here it is, all patched and painted and ready for plate =
installation. Note loose foot along bottom of board and generous cut-off =
sections in upper left (quite a bit larger than original), in lower =
right (original dimension) and partial cut-off of sorts (or maybe better =
described as a cross-over - think component stereo speakers) - Del's =
patented Z-bar, which follows the curve of the two Z-bar cap pieces seen =
in the central right-hand area of the board (extending up and to the =
right of the tenor end of the bass bridge). Note also how this picture =
turned out. It was taken with a flash, and I was pointing =
directly/squarely toward the board. I thought this would not turn out =
because I expected the flash to light up the whole soundboard into just =
one bright light - but the darn soundboard has so much curvature that =
the flash was reduced to the small bright spot in the middle! Pretty =
cool.
