Bob,
I tend to agree with your post. The addition of Eric Schandall is most
definately a plus. It says that there are things afoot to change the past
attitudes. I, for one, will continue to try to communicate and do business
with Steinway. However, it sometimes get to "tedious" and somewhat annoying.
But, that's life. Thanks for your perspective.
